National ID Data Update and Correction Assistance

The Local Government Unit of Santo Tomas, Isabela, in coordination with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), invites all National ID holders to participate to the National ID Updating Service on July 1, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Municipal Hall.

This service is for the updating of demographic information on your National ID, including:
● Change of Civil Status
● Change of Address
● Correction of Clerical or Typographical Errors

Required Documents:

1. Current PhilID (Physical Card) or ePhilID
2. Marriage Certificate (for change of civil status) or Birth Certificate (for corrections)
3. At least one (1) valid government-issued ID

Important Reminder:
You may also generate and download your official Digital National ID through the Digital National ID Portal or by verifying your identity using the eGovPH mobile application.

For inquiries and assistance, please visit the Municipal Civil Registrar (MCR) Office or the designated National ID assistance desk at the Municipal Hall.
