Implementation of Executive Order No. 028 Series of 2026

In light of the recent incidents that have occurred within the Municipality of Santo Tomas, and to further strengthen public safety, peace, and order, the Municipal Government of Santo Tomas, Isabela announces the implementation of Executive Order No. 028, Series of 2026.

This Executive Order implements:
• Municipality-wide Curfew (10:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
• Prohibition on wearing of face-concealing headgear (Helmet, Bonnet, and other similar) within the Municipality of Santo Tomas
• Prohibition of Unauthorized Selling by Outside Vendors
• Immediate Cessation of Carnival (Perya) and other similar Fun Fair Operations

The public is encouraged to comply with these regulations to help maintain peace, order, and public safety in our municipality.
